  • The first version is a postscript version that is double-sided. In other words, print the odd numbered pages first (except page 9!), then print the evens on the back side of the odds you just printed, then print page 9 which is the cover page – then fold it in half.

  • The second version is a postscript version that is single-sided. In other words, print the whole booklet in one shot. After you fold in half there will be two blank pages in the middle.

  • The third version is a NON-POSTSCRIPT version that is double-sided. Again, print the odd numbered pages first (except page 9!), then print the evens on the back side of the odds you just printed, then print page 9 which is the cover page – then fold in half.
